During FTS2026, young leaders’ perspectives, lived experiences, and expectations will be meaningfully woven throughout the summit on the main stage and during interactive breakout sessions.

PURPOSE AND GOALS
FTC Emerging Leader Initiatives address a recurring challenge we hear from employers and policymakers.
There is a growing disconnect between what current young leaders expect from entry-level work and what organizations are actually designing and preparing for; particularly in the context of technology and early-career expectations.
Our goal is to close the gap between education and expectation, and to help design and demystify work for the upcoming generation alongside leaders of today.

INITIATIVES
Program offerings consist of a high-touch Global Student Fellowship program, with cohorts of current university students from around the world formed 2x a year.
The 6-month program leads exceptional students through critical AI engagement exercises, masterclasses in various topics with leading voices around the world, development of future talent insight briefs and more.
The Emerging Leader Ecosystem is a group of currently enrolled university students who contribute candid perspectives through short surveys and occasional research discussions on topics related to careers, skills, and the future of work. To discuss these and/or future initiatives, inquire here.
